This is not a random selection of three coffees. Costa Rica La Isla showcases the intense sweetness of honey processing; Ethiopia Guji highlights the clean and elegant character of washed processing; and Kenya Kathakwa represents the bright acidity of high-altitude African coffee. Brew all three side by side to experience firsthand how processing method and elevation shape the cup. Each 100 g bag contains enough coffee to explore a distinct profile without committing to a full-size bag. For those new to filter coffee, the set offers an opportunity to discover their preferences; for experienced brewers, it provides an engaging comparative tasting experience. The coffees are shipped in bags fitted with one-way degassing valves. You can select your preferred grind when placing your order, although we recommend choosing whole beans.

Çiftlik

Costa Rica – La Isla Honey
Located in the Western Valley, the farm was established in 2017 by the Jiménez and Padilla families, who have been growing coffee for three generations. Nutrient-rich volcanic soils and the high elevation allow the coffee cherries to ripen slowly and evenly.

Ethiopia – Guji Washed
Coffee cherries grown in Guji’s fertile soils are processed at the Uraga Solomo Washing Station. The region is known for the clean and elegant cup profile produced through washed processing.

Kenya – Kathakwa Washed
Located on the slopes of Mount Kenya, the Kathakwa Washing Station receives cherries from smallholder farmers in the surrounding area. Volcanic soils, classic Kenyan varieties and high-elevation terroir combine to produce a complex cup.
