This coffee is produced by Edwin Zambrano at Buena Vista Farm in Algeciras, Huila. Zambrano has been growing coffee for more than 20 years and specializes in natural processing methods.
At Buena Vista, the coffee cherries are fermented in airtight containers for up to 300 hours and then dried for 15 days. This process helps intensify the flavors in the cup and creates a more consistent profile across lots.
Edwin Zambrano combines his family’s farming traditions with modern processing techniques. Alongside coffee, the farm also grows avocados, plantains and cassava, supporting crop diversity and sustainability.
