A washed, single-origin specialty coffee grown at 1,950–2,050 m in Ethiopia’s Guji region and processed at the Uraga Solomo Washing Station. The cup offers notes of apricot, walnut and sugar cane, complemented by the concentrated sweetness and clean acidity associated with its high elevation. From the 2025 harvest. Ideal for V60, Chemex and filter coffee machines. Available in 250 g and 1 kg bags of freshly roasted whole beans.
