A honey-processed specialty coffee grown at 1,560 m in the volcanic soils of Naranjo, in Costa Rica’s Western Valley. The Obatá variety brings notes of Kilis Karası grape, cocoa and brown sugar to the cup. Scoring 85 points, this lot comes from La Isla Specialty Coffee Farm, established in 2017 by the Jiménez and Padilla families, who have been growing coffee for more than three generations. Ideal for filter and moka pot brewing. Available in 250 g and 1 kg bags of freshly roasted whole beans.

Tat Profili

This is a balanced, full-bodied Costa Rican coffee led by notes of Kilis Karası grape, cocoa and brown sugar. The first sip brings a rich, smooth and gently bittersweet cocoa character. Its full body is complemented by the caramel-like warmth and lingering sweetness of brown sugar.

This coffee comes from La Isla Specialty Coffee Farm in Costa Rica’s Western Valley. The farm was established in 2017 by the Jiménez and Padilla families, who have been growing coffee for more than three generations. Grown at high elevation in nutrient-rich volcanic soils, the coffee cherries ripen slowly and evenly in the farm’s temperate climate. The result is a clean and expressive cup.
