A naturally processed, single-origin specialty coffee grown at 1,600 metres in El Salvador’s Apaneca-Ilamatepec region. The Parainema variety brings notes of nectarine, apricot and delicate florals to the cup. The beans come from Mauricio Escalón’s farm, a multiple Cup of Excellence award winner. The Escalón family’s coffee legacy dates back to the 1870s and El Molino, El Salvador’s first industrial coffee-processing mill. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Available as freshly roasted whole beans in 250 g and 1,000 g bags.
