A specialty coffee grown at 2,200 m in Haraaz, Yemen, on high-elevation terrain southwest of Sana’a. The Udaini variety undergoes a 14-day slow anaerobic fermentation, intensifying its fruit-forward aromas and creating a layered cup. The cherries are harvested from predominantly shade-grown trees and processed by Mokha Specialty, which brings more than 130 years of experience. Expect notes of blueberry, strawberry, mandarin and vanilla, a full body and citrus-driven acidity. Ideal for V60 and other filter methods. Available in 125 g bags of freshly roasted whole beans.

Omqah is a bold and complex Yemeni coffee distinguished by its intense fruit aromas and vibrant character. The cup reveals a juicy, jammy fruit profile reminiscent of blueberry, strawberry and mandarin. Soft vanilla sweetness and deep dark-fruit aromas complement this lively character.

Its round, full body is balanced by refreshing, citrus-driven acidity. The result is a bright, highly aromatic cup with a long, lingering finish.

Omqah is grown on high-elevation terrain in Yemen’s Haraaz region, southwest of Sana’a. The coffee trees grow predominantly under shade, and this lot is processed by Mokha Specialty.

With a heritage reportedly spanning more than 130 years, Mokha Specialty is one of Yemen’s leading specialty coffee producers. The extended anaerobic process used for this coffee intensifies its fruit-forward aromas and helps create a more layered, distinctive cup.
