A honey-processed specialty coffee grown at 1,800 m in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region. The region’s heirloom varieties bring notes of nectarine, cornelian cherry and cocoa to the cup. During honey processing, the coffee is dried with some of its sticky fruit mucilage intact, producing greater sweetness and a rounder body than typically found in washed Yirgacheffe coffees. Ideal for V60 and other filter methods. Available in 250 g bags of freshly roasted whole beans.
